Return Policy

Returns
Goods delivered correctly and in accordance with your order will not be accepted for credit or refund unless you advise us in writing beforehand.
You are entitled to cancel any order placed with us within seven days of receipt of the goods providing that the packaging is un-opened and that the goods have not been used. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods in undamaged original packaging together with all manuals, leads and accessories as appropriate.
Providing the conditions above have been met we will issue a refund for the products only.
All such returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.
This returns policy does not cover consumable items (such as lamps and leads, reeds, strings) and all types of CD's & DVD's. A handling charge may be applied to returns of goods.
